Do Nothing For 2 Minutes


Hello my ZEN darlings! Previously I touched on the art of doing nothing. NOTHING at all. Since then I received some great feedback and I'm happy to hear many of you put this little but mighty exercise into action. To help you continue on with your stress free lives, I wanted to share a tool with you that I absolutely love! It's super simple, effective and oh so brilliant! 

I know many of us spend hours upon hours in front of a computer which is all you need for this exercise... so let's take a 2 minute break. Start by stopping what you're doing, click here, sit back, relax and enjoy! 

*Remember it's very important to reconnect with your breath. So slow down, be still, practice deep breathing and ease into a state of bliss as often as you can. This is powerful stuff!
